Acoustic Fridays on the Riverfront returns Friday, October 18 from 5pm-7:30pm featuring FREE live music outside on the riverside plaza from Steve McLain!

Food and drinks (and a signature drink!) will be available for purchase. So bike up, walk up, or drive up and enjoy the music and sunshine! No coolers and/or outside food & beverages permitted. Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring a lawn chair if you wish! In case of inclement weather, the stage will instead be set up just inside our main lobby.
Steve McLain is the frontman for touring band Commotion: A Tribute to the Music of Creedence Clearwater Revival and Jefferson County Green Band. Steve has opened for national acts such as Blues Traveler, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Blackhawk, Diamond Rio, Sammy Kershaw, John Anderson, Justin Moore, Great White, Lori Morgan, Kentucky Headhunters, The Bellamy Brothers. Aaron Tippin, and more!
We'll be grilling out the following:
½ pound Grilled Black Angus Sirloin Burger topped with Peppered Iowa Bacon Jam & Smoked Gouda Cheese on a Toasted Brioche Bun.
¼ pound Grilled All-Beef Hot Dog topped with Pickle Spear, Neon Relish, Sport Peppers, Fresh Tomato Wedges and Celery Salt on a Traditional Poppyseed Bun.
Traditional ¼ pound Grilled Bratwurst brewed in Iowa's own Easy Eddie IPA Beer on a soft Grilled Hoagie Roll.
