Greater Ottumwa Partners in Progress is excited to announce the 3rd Annual Women in Leadership Conference “Lean In” on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, with Keynote Speakers, Erik Dominguez & Mayuri Farlinger.
Diversity, equity and inclusion means breaking down the barriers that separate us; and to be free means to be equal. We celebrate this concept; and our mission is to create a community in which we not only strive to bring success and balance for everyone, but also learn from the trials and honor the successes of those who came before us. That is why we choose March 6, 2024, near International Women’s Day, for this year’s Lean In Conference. So many women have fought to be treated equally at work, at home, and in their communities. With this event, these voices can uplift, inspire, and engage us and our future generations. In our increasingly diverse community, we welcome you and see you, but more importantly, we hear you.
